Public Art Installation
Before Picasso by Karon Davis was named to honor the African artists that inspired Cubism in the early twentieth century. The finished artwork will be made of reinforced fiberglass with a stainless-steel internal armature and will stand 18 feet high atop a tapered concrete base.

New landscaping will feature trees such as Cercis Canadensis.
