The City, CM Team, SoCal Edison, and the Contractor have been meeting to prepare for the start of a new construction phase on the Melrose Avenue. We’ve listened to your feedback and concerns and have been strategizing solutions that would keep the project moving forward, combine construction work areas, and have less impact on the number of businesses.

As a result, we are no longer beginning Stage 2 on October 6, and instead are beginning Stage 5 which has a construction duration of approximately 3 months. The major construction will be located on Melrose Avenue east of La Cienega and will begin on the south side of Melrose from La Cienega to Croft.
