Residents and Businesses,

Beginning Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 8:00AM, Huntley Dr. will be closed at the intersection of Huntley Dr. and Melrose Ave. There will be no left or right turns from Melrose Ave. on to Huntley Dr. in the north or south direction. There will also be no left or right turns from Huntley Dr. on to Melrose Ave in east or west directions. The intersection will remain closed until Friday, June 24, 2022, when it is scheduled to reopen for all traffic at approximately 4:00PM.

Also, Westbourne Dr. will be closed at the intersection of Melrose Ave. on June 22, 2022, from 8:00AM until approximately 4:00PM, only.

Residents will be required to access Huntley Dr. and Westbourne Dr. via Rosewood Ave. on the south of Melrose Ave., and via Sherwood Dr. on the north side of Melrose Ave. during these closures (see map attached).

Additionally, the northern side of Melrose Ave., between the private driveway at the Pacific Design Center and Westbourne Ave., will undergo concrete roadway removal and replacement. Between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, there will be one lane of traffic between Huntley Dr. and Westbourne Dr. Between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM on Thursday, June 23, 2022, there will be one lane of traffic between the Private Driveway at Pacific Design Center and Huntley Dr. Construction crews will be on site directing alternating traffic through the area one direction at a time.

Signage will be posted to alert vehicular traffic to use alternate routes. Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained.
