This notice is to inform you that as part of the current construction taking place at La Peer Hotel, Swinerton Builders will begin the installation of a new storm drain line on N La Peer Dr. between Melrose Ave and Santa Monica Blvd. Work entails storm drain construction through the middle of the roadway. Construction is now anticipated to begin on March 2, 2023 at 7:00AM through approximately June 26, 2023, pending weather. The work will be split into six phases as shown in the image below to contain the impacts.

Temporary modifications to the traffic pattern are necessary in order to perform the work. A detailed
traffic control plan approved by the City of West Hollywood will be implemented with necessary signage.
Some of the major changes are highlighted below:

• No vehicular through traffic on La Peer Dr. Limited, local access will be granted to business
  parking lots and driveways.
• Parking will be temporarily removed on both sides of the street in the work zone.
• Flagmen and signs will be placed to safely direct vehicular traffic during lane closure.
• The traffic control plan will be implemented on a daily basis on weekdays only.
