WORK ACTIVITIES & SCHEDULE

Construction activities to install utilities underground on N Almont Dr will continue through September 2024.
Beginning July 31, 2024, construction to connect utilities to properties will take place across several areas of sidewalk.
This notice serves to provide updates related to sidewalk work and pedestrian walkway impacts.

SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION DATE & TIME:

• Wednesday – Friday, July 31 – August 2, 2024
• 8:00AM – 5:00PM

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Clearly identified pedestrian detour in street with flagger on site to safely guide pedestrians.
• Individual pathways to business entrances will be delineated for access.
• For your safety, please obey flaggers directions.
• Open trenches in sidewalks will be protected with plates and sloped with asphalt for ADA compliance at the end of each work day.
